RICHARD OH
Richard Oh graduated from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA, with a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing. He has published three novels: Pathfinders of Love (1999), Heart of the Night (2000), and The Rainmaker’s Daughter (2004). He and Takeshi Ichiki from Plaza Senayan founded Khatulistiwa Literary Award, a literary award for Indonesian writers, in 2001. He wrote and directed his first feature-length film The Lost Suitcase (Koper) in 2006. The Lost Suitcase has been entered into various film festivals: Yogja Netpac Asian Film Festival 2006 (In Competition), Jakarta International Film Festival 2007 (In Competition), 20th Singapore International Film Festival 2007 (Official Selection), Bangkok International Film 2007 (In Competition).
